Tammie Fleming a.k.a (Coach TT)  recognized her purpose in life is to help others in achieving their goals while making their dream a reality. In a very unique way, she is able to identify how an individual reached a point of being stuck. She takes pride in mastering a set plan that will help one to reach their desired goals.

She received her coaching certification in 2020 through Tony Gaskins Coaching Academy. She is the owner of FireStarter Coaching, Where she ignites people with her catchphrase, "Rekindling the sparks that set ablaze the gifts and talents within."
